Me: Can you believe people still think irregardless is a word?

FilmChris: Isn’t it?

Me: Very funny.

He wasn’t joking. How do you fight the grammar fight out in the world when you face this at home?

Note to FilmChris: I love you, baby, and I love you for your mind. And we’ll get through this. I know we will.

This has actually been a nice addition to Facebook. There's a group showing the importance of comma usage by saying "Let's eat Grandpa," and "Let's eat, Grandpa."

Am trying to find a good book to follow Taft. Ann Patchett is a tough act to follow.

I wasted more than a few good reading hours on the train with the iPhone I got this year. I am adamantly against the Kindle. I like books. I like their feel and heft and smell.
